Shipping and Delivery Policy

NOSH7 prepares every meal fresh and delivers it to your door in Ahmedabad. We deliver our own meals only, nothing is posted or couriered outside the city.

Where we deliver

Delivery is free within 5 km of Iscon Cross Road, which covers Satellite, Prahlad Nagar, Bodakdev and Vastrapur. Beyond 5 km there is a distance fee of Rs 10 per km. See the delivery areas or enter your address at start.nosh7.in and it confirms straight away whether we reach you.

Delivery slots

There are three delivery batches every day and you choose yours when you order: Breakfast 9:30 to 11:30 AM, Lunch 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and Dinner 6 to 8 PM. Meals are delivered inside the slot you chose. Traffic, weather or a road closure can cause a short delay, and we will keep you informed when it does.

Changes and cut-off

You can skip, pause, cancel or change the address or slot of an upcoming delivery in the app up to 2 hours before your slot starts. After the cut-off the meal is already being prepared and the delivery cannot be changed. A meal cancelled before the cut-off stays in your balance.

Delivery charges

There is no delivery fee inside the free zone. Any distance fee is shown before you pay and is part of the plan price you are charged.

If you are not available

Please keep your phone reachable during your slot. If our delivery partner cannot reach you or hand over the meal, the delivery is treated as completed and the meal is counted from your balance.
